Playing a Track
GearBox player makes playing along super convenient.When you open GearBox, press the GuitarPort Online button to see songs you've selected to download and press "Load". Player Controls The player controls allow you to Play, Pause, Stop, set loop points, slow down, and more.

Tabs and Tones are fully automaticPress Play - the tablature or lesson is displayed and the exact guitar tone is already dialed in...you sound just like the original! The tones change and the tablature advances automatically as the song transitions from Intro to Verse 1 to Chorus, etc.

Dialing in Tone
The red arrow  in the player expands the Tone interface:Even though we've precisely dialed in the unique guitar tones for every song, you have total flexibility to learn the secrets behind top artists' tone and tweak for a whole new sound.

Amplifier Settings
Pedalboard SettingsEach of the small icons across the middle here is a pedal effect, for example Gate, Wah, Stomp, Compressor, EQ, Modulation, etc. Clicking a pedal icon displays its setting in the lower area. |

No idea what all this means? NO PROBLEM. Remember, we've dialed it all in for you for every song. But those curious about learning what's behind the unique sounds can easily load a tone and then check out the settings. Intermediate and advanced players absolutely love this. Try it out! Visit Line 6 and listen to a song with and without tones.
