Lesson: Learn To Play Guitar Solos
Ok, so you got your basic chords down, you can hold a bar chord and someone showed you a blues scale. But what do you do with it? You want to learn how to solo but playing a blues scale up and down doesn't sound like a solo. When you plug in your distortion pedal, it sounds even worse! What you need are some basic licks and patterns that can get you started and make you sound like a pro, or at least make you sound like you know what you are doing. Try these examples, they will help bring out the inner guitar god that is inside of you.
