Lesson: Mars Attacks!

Motley Crue epitomized and transcended the rock circus atmosphere of L.A. metal and the eighties. A quintessential big hair-leather-and-studs band, Crue painted an irresistible MTV-friendly picture of mythic head bangers on the prowl for fun in tinsel town and the ultimate power chord. At the center of the festivities was Mick Mars, whose bludgeoning guitar riffs provided the punch behind their attack from the beginning.
